Virus Outbreak Attack Pakistani Brain Eaters



There is a new virus that has not been identified brain eaters to attack Pakistan. A deadly virus outbreak that's known as Naegleria Fowleri. Malignant viruses caused 98 percent of victims died instantly. 



The Virus was coming from an Amoeba is transmitted from contaminated water. Then, the virus enters through the nasal cavity and travels to the brain. Once infected, a virus that causes inflammation. Initially, symptoms include headache, fever, stiff neck, and abdominal pain. But after five to seven days the victim will die because there is no treatment for this disease.

The outbreak has caused at least 10 people died, including two children. Estimated number of casualties due to the virus was more than was reported. 

"Some cases may not be reported because many victims of the 18 million inhabitants of the city are not familiar with the disease," said Dr. Musa Khan, head of the WHO in Pakistan. 

Pakistani authorities launched a campaign of public awareness of the danger of the virus. They also provide information to citizens about prevention measures. However, they still hide the huge impact of the dangerous virus in order to avoid panic.
